Refund Policy
Note: At WPPlugins99, we sell digital downloadable goods. Due to the nature of these products, our refund policy differs strictly from physical goods.
We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, because we deal in digital goods (GPL software), products are deemed "used" immediately after download. Generally, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and the files have been delivered.
We do, however, acknowledge that exceptional circumstances can occur. Therefore, we honor refund requests under the specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligible for Refund
We will provide a full refund if:
- Non-delivery of the product: If you have paid but did not receive the download link within 24 hours, and our support team fails to provide it manually.
- Major defects: Although all products are tested, if a plugin or theme is completely broken/non-functional and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
- Product not-as-described: If the product you received is entirely different from the product description on our website.
2. Not Eligible for Refund
We do not provide refunds for:
- Mistaken Purchases: You bought the wrong plugin or theme by mistake.
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the product after downloading it.
- Skill Issue: You do not have the sufficient technical knowledge to install or configure WordPress/plugins.
- Incompatibility: The item works but conflicts with another specific 3rd party plugin on your specific website environment.
- License Keys: As stated in our FAQ, we sell GPL software. These often do not require license keys for functionality. Asking for a refund because a "License Key is missing" (when the plugin works without one) is not a valid reason.
3. Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Please include your Order ID / UTR and a clear description (with screenshots if possible) of the issue. We aim to review all requests within 24-48 hours.
